Lunar New Year with Love - Win Hearts with aqua nueva’s Spanish Tapas

Impress your loved ones at Statement’s aqua nueva pop-up with a special 5-course San Jordi Brunch in the heart of Central. Feast on traditional Empanada Gallega filled with pork & red peppers served with chimichurri sauce followed by Seafood Paella featuring mussels, clams, squid and prawns with saffron rice. For dessert, save room for the Tocino de cielo – crafted with rich chocolate mousse and raspberry coulis. The special San Jordi Brunch is priced at HK$358 per person, indulge in two hours of free-flow Veuve Clicquot Rosé Champagne and cocktails for an additional HK$300 per person and enjoy pop-up entertainment throughout the long weekend.
