hc:Bistro is a social enterprise project undertaken by the Hong Chi Association , where we provide training and a safe working environment for people with intellectual disabilities. Interweaving elegant and light gourmet dishes with an artistic ambience, hc:Bistro offers a casual and comfortable venue providing a unique chance to experience the architectural setting of a colonial prison building.
